I was doing a network inventory for one of our site remotely. I can't seem to login and get the serial number of a Cisco 7936 conference IP phone. The default admin login is **# in order to access its web GUI. The MAC address is the same as the serial number.
The MAC address of the Cisco 7936 can be obtained via the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) or Call Manager and under the Host Name portion on its web GUI.
